Williams went all out for the most recent surprise party, even inviting Moana to come. The 41-year-old posted photos from the exciting day, which also included balloon art and a huge balloon arch, with Williams, Moana, Olympia, and Williams’ husband, Alexis Ohanian, posing beneath it. Williams added the caption: “Sometimes we surprise @olympiaohanian with parties. We don’t need a reason or a special occasion we make everyday as special and memorable as we can. Also her mama fast….” The tennis icon and her husband’s idea to surprise Olympia with celebrations on random days surely makes her childhood feel more magical, especially when a Disney Princess comes to hang out. One follower commented about their parents doing something similar when they were a kid, writing, “So beautiful 😍😍 My parents used to do this too. I would come home from school and find gifts on my bed. Or I would get a party just because. I think this taught me to make life special and to be a generous giver.” Ohanian also left a comment on the pictures, joking, “Still can’t believe Moana was willing to come all the way from Motunui.” This past summer, Williams announced she was “evolving away from tennis,” and she’s talked a lot about wanting to focus on her family and having more kids. In a personal essay published by Vogue, Williams said, “In the last year, Alexis and I have been trying to have another child, and we recently got some information from my doctor that put my mind at ease and made me feel that whenever we’re ready, we can add to our family. I definitely don’t want to be pregnant again as an athlete. I need to be two feet into tennis or two feet out.” Despite this comment, Williams clarified in October that she is “not retired,” before saying, “The chances (of a return) are very high. You can come to my house, I have a court," as reported by NBC News.
