Prince Harry was spotted out and about at a Texas rodeo this weekend—but did you know that Harry himself once spent time as an actual ‘jackaroo’ in the Australian outback? When he was 19 he spent three months herding cattle on horseback on the 6,000-hectare Tooloombilla Station ranch in southern Queensland. In fact, eagle-eyed fans have noticed that the hat Harry wore to the famous Stockyards Championship Rodeo in Fort Worth, Texas this weekend seems to be the same one he wore during his own cattle-herding days. He was photographed in the hat and a green shirt as he hung out ‘backstage’ at Stockyards and chatted to the rodeo workers. His visit to the Cowtown Coliseum—built in 1908—marks the second time this year that the duke has been spotted out and about a quintessentially American event. Last month he was spotted with his cousin Princess Eugenie at the Super Bowl. It’s thought that Eugenie and her husband Jack Brooksbank stayed with their one-year-old son August at Harry and Duchess Meghan’s home in Montecito, California. The two couples were subsequently papped enjoying a candlelit restaurant meal in Santa Barbara. Next up, Meghan Markle Stunned in Sapphire Blue Dress With A Cape and High Leg Slit at the NAACP Awards
