The Don’t Look Up star, 32, answered 73 Questions with Vogue in a new YouTube video published earlier this week, where she revealed the two actors who were the most fun to work with. “The most fun I’ve ever had with actors on set is Josh [Hutcherson] and Liam [Hemsworth],” she stated, adding, “Hi boys,” while giving a wave to the camera. Lawrence starred as Katniss Everdeen in the four-film series, based on the trilogy of novels by author Suzanne Collins. Throughout the films, Katniss is caught in a love triangle between Hutcherson’s character, Peeta Mellark, and Hemsworth’s Gale Hawthorne. Other big names in the popular sci-fi film series include Woody Harrelson, Elizabeth Banks, Donald Sutherland and Lenny Kravitz. During the recent interview with Vogue, Lawrence also discussed working with other stars, including the actor who blew her away the most during a take: American Hustle costar Christian Bale. “He became a completely different person,” Lawrence said of watching Bale play the character on screen. The interviewer also asked the Silver Linings Playbook star which actor she most admires, and she didn’t hesitate to point out the legendary actress, Meryl Streep. Lawrence and Streep worked alongside each other in the Netflix film Don’t Look Up, an apocalyptic political satire which earned four Oscar nominations at the 2022 Academy Awards. During her 73-questions interview, Lawrence was also asked about her experience working with film icon Robert De Niro, who she called “the sweetest man in the world.” Lawrence and De Niro collaborated on more than one project, including 2012’s Silver Linings Playbook and the 2015 film, Joy. “He’s amazing on set,” she added of De Niro, noting that she still finds the Oscar-winning actor “intimidating.” She was then asked to tell her “all time favorite” story involving De Niro, which she said took place at her dinner rehearsal before her wedding to husband Cooke Maroney. “I invited him to my rehearsal dinner before my wedding obviously expecting him not to come,” she recalled. “And when he came, I said, ‘Bob, you really don’t have to be here. You can go home.’ And he was like, ‘Thank you so much,’ and left.” Lawrence and Maroney—who tied the knot in 2019—welcomed their first child together back in February, with Lawrence recently revealing in an October issue of People that they named their baby boy Cy.
