Good Witch returns in 2021 for season 7 on Sunday, May 16 at 9 p.m. ET on Hallmark Channel. The Good Witch movie franchise is the most successful in the network’s history. Along with the movies, there are six seasons of the episodic series that follow the magical adventures of Cassie Nightingale (Catherine Bell) in the town of Middleton. “More than a decade after first meeting Cassie and the colorful characters of Middleton, viewers continue to be enchanted by their stories,” said Michelle Vicary, executive vice president, programming, Crown Media Family Networks. “The new season has more magic, love, and adventure in store for viewers than ever before and we’re excited to share it with fans.” Since the first movie 12 years ago, Cassie has loved, lost, and loved again, now with Dr. Sam Radford (James Denton) by her side. Their kids are off to college, leaving the two to figure out what to do with their empty nest. Last season, Cassie, Abigail (Sarah Power) and Joy (Kat Barrell) discovered velvet pouches of soil, marking the beginning of a new Merriwick mystery which will be explored throughout the new season. As the three cousins unravel the mystery, they reflect on their pasts and life events that impact who they are now. Will Abigail and Donovan Davenport (Marc Bendavid) tie the knot this season? What shenanigans will Martha (Catherine Disher) get up to this season? Will Stephanie (Kylee Evans) and Adam (Scott Cavalheiro) find their way back to each other? Season 7 comes with promises of new relationships, personal challenges, and romance for the townfolk of Middleton and we can’t wait to go on the journey with them!
