Team After a recap of Tuesday night’s performances Terry revealed the three acts that are eligible for the Instant Save, the acts that finished in sixth, seventh, and eighth place. One of them will be voted through by America, one will be saved by the judges, but the third act will be sent home. The three acts dependent on America’s Instant vote are Michael Winslow, Storm Large, and UniCircle Flow. Terry then got down to the results. He called Rialcris and Klek Entos to center stage. The first act going through to the semifinals was announced as Rialcris. Next, Keith Apicary and Léa Kyle were called forward and, no surprise, but it was Léa who was advancing. The third round of results pitted the ChapKidz against The Curtis Family C-Notes, with the ChapKidz making the semifinals. The final three acts were called forward: World Taekwando Demo Team, ANICA, and Brooke Simpson. Of those three, the first act to take a spot in the semifinals was Brooke Simpson. The final act to make the semifinals from Tuesday night’s vote was World Taekwando Demo Team. It was time for an entertainment break before the Instant Save Results were announced, and former winner DarciLynne did a comedy bit with judge Howie Mandel, and Shin Lim performed magic, while violinist Lindsey Stirling played. When we returned, time was running short, so the three Instant Save contestants returned to the stage and Terry revealed that the act America voted into the semifinals was Michael Winslow. That left the judges to select the final spot. Sofia went first. She voted for UniCircle Flow. Heidi was next and chose Storm. Then Simon Cowell picked UniCircle Flow, leaving the final decision to Howie, who cast his vote for UniCircle Flow, putting them through.
